Cloud Control smackdown a new single, tour

With the release of brand new single 'Gold Canary', melodic magicians Cloud Control are very pleased to announce a co-headline tour with friends Leader Cheetah.

The 'East Coast Smackdown Tour' (feat. Gold Canary) will see the two bands play shows throughout November and December, with Leader Cheetah hitting the road in support of the limited edition vinyl release of their debut album 'The Sunspot Letters'.

Following shows across the country and festival appearances in the UK and Australia throughout 2009, Cloud Control are keen to showcase new songs from their forthcoming debut album, due out on Ivy League Records in early 2010.

'Gold Canary' is the first new music from the band since their infectious single 'Death Cloud'. With tribal chants culminating in what can only be described as a dub-step hoedown, 'Gold Canary' presents a band fully in control of their unique vision, refusing to rest on the laurels of past success.
